I've had this jacket for 2 years and someone ALWAYS asks me about it every time I wear it. I started carrying slips of paper with the website for The Greater Goos to hand out to people wanting to know where I got it. I love it! I have the burnt orange. It's good for Fall and Spring, and sometimes into the early Winter depending on how cold it gets here in Ohio. I'm tempted to get another color now that it is on sale!
This coat is truly beautiful, warm and cozy. Every time I wear it I have gals stop me and tell me how beautiful it is! I’m sure to explain what a great place Greatergood is and how I love buying clothes and gifts from you. I feel extra special wearing it knowing I helped animals in need❣️I am 5’7” 200 lbs and got the larg x-large and fits great.
I am very pleased with my purchase. It is very pretty. However, it is definitely only a jacket, not a winter coat. It is December in Ohio, and when I walk my dog around the block, I find myself holding the front of the coat closed to keep warmer (30 degrees)(while layering with 3-4 total layers). I'm going to sew plush faux fur around the hood and sleeves, at the same time I will gather them to make them snugger. I don't like how loose and floppy the hood is. The pockets are great, though, and I like how much fabric there is around the neck to make it warmer there.
