Bought two of these for a two week vacation. The compartments are smaller than the typical pill boxes. However, my pills fit fine. To give you an idea, I can fit 6 Centrum Silvers loosely in each compartment. It has eight compartments instead of the usual seven. So, I had a place to put 22 round ibuprophen in one compartment and 22 Kirkland acid reducers in the other. The cases I received were sewn well and the zippers worked good. I usually put my pill box a zip lock to keep them from spilling out into my baggage. But I still have to refill my boxes with the pills that spilled in the bag. These worked better, because there was zero spillage to deal with. I'm giving it a 4 out of 5 because the material the case is made of is like a vinyl table cloth. Not sure how long they will last. So, I'll probably just use these for travel.

Started peeling off. I had even ordered 2 one for myself and one for my mother and hers peeled all off also. Sad the first was so durable
